Close to the village of Sayalonga with spectacular south-west facing views down the valley to the Mediterranean and surrounding countryside. Sayalonga ernærer sig fortrinsvis ved vinplantedyrkning, men man har også en stor høst af tropiske frugter. Byen gennemløbes af floden río Sayalonga, som længere nede bliver til río Algarrobo, og río Güi. Vandet fra floderne er grundlaget for det frugtbare landbrug. Man dyrker oliven, mandler og vin, hvilke produkter danner grundlag for landsbyens økonomi.
