This villa enjoys a spectacular location on a south-west facing hillside from where there are panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline, the Sierra Tejeda mountains to the north and sunsets over the Malaga mountains to the west. There is good access to the house on well established dirt tracks and from the house a ten minute drive takes you to the bustling main square of Cómpeta, Plaza Almijara. From the main track a concrete driveway sweeps up to a covered parking area/car-port adjoined by a garage. From this area there is a metal staircase up to a roof terrace. A terrace runs the full length along the front of the villa; a spacious outdoor space for meals al fresco, enjoying the views or simply relaxing on warm evenings. There are two entrances to the house, one into the kitchen and one through the main door from the terrace which opens into a hallway off which the rooms are distributed. Off the hallway on the left there is a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and on the right a spacious sitting/dining-room with wooden ceiling beams and a wood-burning stove. This space opens into the kitchen which, as mentioned, has access to the terrace. The rest of the living space comprises a bathroom, a double bedroom and the master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom. The latter is adjoined by a washroom (where the washing machine is housed) which has a door to a rear terrace. Behind the house the land slopes upwards and would be ideal for establishing garden areas or vegetable plots. The villa would be ideal as a permanent home.

Bjergbyen Cómpeta, absolut den smukkeste by i Axarquia regionen, er beliggende i 636 meters højde over havet ved foden af Sierra Almijara bjergkæden. Byen ligger ca. 18 km. fra kysten - Algarrobo Costa - hvorfor den nemmeste vej er via Algarrobo og Sayalonga. Man kan også køre over Torrox fra kysten. Området i- og omkring byen er meget frugtbart, og der dyrkes mange tropiske frugter, blandt andet dyrkes den velkendte vin ’Vino de Cómpeta’ på de nærliggende vinmarker.
