SPECTACULAR TOWNHOUSE NEXT TO SAN PEDRO DE ALCANTARA This property was originally built for the promoter. It is ubicated in a very quite area outside San Pedro town, it is only 5 minutes waking to all the commercials and 15 minutes walking to the beach. Puerto Banus is only 5 minutes by car, and 40 minutes to Malaga´s airport. The property counts with a hall, a broad and bright living room that has access to a backyard. The kitchen is saled full equiped and it is bigger than the other houses. There is also a bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (one of them with a dressing room), 2 bathrooms (one of them in suite). On the second floor, there are 2 more bedrooms and a full equiped bathroom. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a solarium that rounds all the property. Because of its south orientation the house is very bright, it also has sea views from the solarium. Estepona on Costa del Sol lies 74 km west of Malaga airport at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountains. Estepona has a much more authentic atmosphere with typical Andalusian whitewashed houses and balconies decorated with flowers. The houses are whitewashed and iron gates painted every year to maintain the feeling of a cared for town. In the old part of the town the streets are still cobbled whilst along the seafront runs a very pretty promenade lined wih palm trees and flowers. Some typical Spanish beach bars are to be found along this promenade. All the usual beach and water activities are available such as jet-skiing, parasailing, diving and pedalos. If you have your own transport and want to find some quieter beaches with golden sand these can be found anywhere beyond Tarifa. Estepona is a perfect place for families and people looking for a quiet area away from the busy nightlife. There are many traditional tapas bars around Plaza Las Flores and some excellent restaurants specialising in seafood and fish dishes such as sardines on the spit (espeto de sardinas). There is plenty to do in and around Estepona. For the early risers the fish market at the harbour is an interesting sight. A large variety of fish are auctioned off but you must be there by 6am as it tends to be finished by 7am. The bull ring, on the outskirts of the town, has four museums in it one of which has an interesting collection of bullfighting memorabilia. The right place if you want a holiday home in Spain, also if you want to make money by renting it out when you are not using it.
