The apartment is totally exterior and stands out for the luminosity it has thanks to its south orientation and its magnificent frontal views of the sea, the beach and the promenade. Entering through the door we reach the hall and just to the right is the independent and fully equipped kitchen, in front is the bright living room that enjoys panoramic views of the sea, being able to contemplate those views from the same sofa and with access to an elongated terrace where you can have a cup of coffee and relax with the sounds of the ocean and the beach just in front. It has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom that has been completely renovated with a large shower. It has a perfect location, since it is close to the beach and is very central, surrounded by all kinds of services such as school, cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc.
Torre del Mar, located in the eastern part of Coast, the town is the beach resort of Vélez-Málaga, capital of the Axarquiaregion. These days the town is better known for its four kilometres of sandy beaches lined with restaurants, bars and apartments; the latter primarily catering for summer visitors. At the seafront end of Paseo de Larios is a line of bars and discos known as El Copo, which kick on all night on Friday and Saturday and attracts crowds from far a field. The extended esplanade which follows the coast to reach the Marina of Caleta de Vélez which has over 200 berths and offers sailing and a variety of other water sports. Its lively cafés and restaurants also provide a good place in which to idle the time away, as well as enjoy excellent seafood.
