Beautiful 3 bedroom family house in a beautiful and tranquil urbanization: This is a fantastic property for those who like the authentic Andalusian style in a very familiar urbanization, it's a very warm and welcoming townhouse with a lot of lovely details. The property is located inside a safe and tranquil gated community. There is a parking are inside the community gates with a private space designated for your car that is included in the price. When entering in the urbanization, you will immediate notice the mature Mediterranean and tropical gardens that are very well kept; we find this home in that beautiful and peaceful area. There are a couple of steps under a typical arch to access the house. When entering the property, we find on our left a spacious and fully fitted kitchen with lots of countertops and an extra dispenser. There is also a little washing room separate from the kitchen. In the hallway on our right we've got a guest toilet with toilet and sink for visitors. From the corridor, we enter into the living room with a good log fire and comfortable seating facing the apartment terrace. Separate from the living room is the lovely dining area that also has access to the south-east facing private terrace and garden of about 35 m2. There is also an extra dining area outside and seating to relax on the sun surrounded by beautiful plants and pots. From the private garden we also have access to the community areas. There is a huge community swimming pool less than 40 m from the house and we can also find a communal tennis court, all surrounded by beautiful gardens. Upstairs in the house, we find three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom fully equipped with sink, toilet, bath, shower and bidet. The master bedroom has also access to a private terrace facing the swimming pool area and has lots of space in its built-in wardrobes. In the same floor, we found a second bedroom with a double bed and also equipped with built-in wardrobes, this one has a balcony facing the front gardens. The third bedroom offers two single beds and also has a small balcony facing the pool area. Second and third bedrooms shares a second bathroom, recently renewed which is equipped with sink, toilet and a modern walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with huge built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. This is a fantastic house in a very pleasant and tranquil locating which is the perfect options for families!
Estepona on Costa del Sol lies 74 km west of Malaga airport at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountains. Estepona has a much more authentic atmosphere with typical Andalusian whitewashed houses and balconies decorated with flowers. The houses are whitewashed and iron gates painted every year to maintain the feeling of a cared for town. In the old part of the town the streets are still cobbled whilst along the seafront runs a very pretty promenade lined wih palm trees and flowers. Some typical Spanish beach bars are to be found along this promenade. All the usual beach and water activities are available such as jet-skiing, parasailing, diving and pedalos. If you have your own transport and want to find some quieter beaches with golden sand these can be found anywhere beyond Tarifa. Estepona is a perfect place for families and people looking for a quiet area away from the busy nightlife. There are many traditional tapas bars around Plaza Las Flores and some excellent restaurants specialising in seafood and fish dishes such as sardines on the spit (espeto de sardinas). There is plenty to do in and around Estepona. For the early risers the fish market at the harbour is an interesting sight. A large variety of fish are auctioned off but you must be there by 6am as it tends to be finished by 7am. The bull ring, on the outskirts of the town, has four museums in it one of which has an interesting collection of bullfighting memorabilia. The right place if you want a holiday home in Spain, also if you want to make money by renting it out when you are not using it.
