You walk into a very spacious living room and immediately have a luxurious feeling. A sliding door gives you the option of fully closing the kitchen or leaving it open. Clothes can be delivered through a pipe in the kitchen to the laundry room downstairs. There are two bathrooms on this floor that include a toilet, one of which is very specially finished with underfloor heating and a Japanese toilet.
Several terraces are distributed on different levels: one with a dining area, another with a garden and another with a barbecue. There are three ways to get between the two floors: via the terrace, the stairs or the elevator.
