Studio with an excellent location in Sotogrande, the urbanization has large green areas and a swimming pool with capacity for 150 people.The building has access to Sotogrande through Santiago de Compostela street, it also has access through the A7 motorway. A few minutes walk you can reach shopping areas and Mercadona or Supercor, also less than 5 minutes by car you can reach the main beaches in the area. The Studio has been completely renovated at the end of 2020 and equipped with custom-made furniture and high-end finishes and includes a parking space in the same building. It has been reoriented and optimized for small spaces allowing to increase the areas and the useful space. In general, the Studio has completely new electrical installations and pipes, segregated from the common spaces of the building, installations for security cameras, the ceiling has been raised to gain vertical space, and a security door has been installed. The bathroom area has been optimized and reorganized by incorporating a hidden laundry area that includes a washing machine, dryer, thermos and storage area.The bathroom has a suspended shelf, electric towel rail, rain shower, fan, and vanity mirror illuminated with LEDs and intensity control. The kitchen has been custom designed with an island for 4 people that contains an integrated pantry, electrical outlets, and USB chargers.The space is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator that includes a segregated freezer, hood with smoke extractor, all in stainless steel.The carpentry has retractable spaces for spices and garbage cans.The kitchen is illuminated with LEDs and dimmer controls. The space between the kitchen and the living room has a wooden room divider and wall-to-wall suspended shelving and LED lighting with intensity control.The living room has a sofa bed for daily use equivalent to a double bed.Next to the living room you can find an open dressing room with built-in wardrobe and integrated shoe rack suitable for 24 pairs of shoes, retractable space to hang pants, hinged windows towards the pool with mosquito netting, and LED lighting. The studio is also equipped with air conditioning and heating as well as an extractor fan in common areas to keep the studio ventilated without the need to open windows in winter.The window that overlooks the terrace has been raised to take advantage of natural light and a blind with mosquito netting has been added to prevent the entry of mosquitoes and insects. Finally, the terrace has views towards the pool and the green areas of the urbanization. Safety glass, a retractable clothesline and a hammock have been installed
The town of Sotogrande consists of Sotogrande Alto and Sotogrande Costa, the alto (high) and costa (coastal) areas. These two areas are separated by the N340 which runs more or less parallel to the coast. Sotogrande Costa occupying both sides of the mouth of the Guadiaro river.

Sotogrande’s oldest villas are located in Sotogrande Costa, south of the river Guadiaro. You will also find many luxury apartment, townhouse and exclusive urbanisations on both sides of the river and around the marina.
Sotogrande Alto is famous for the stately villas with mature gardens, and also nice areas with townhouses and apartments you will find here. The majority of the beautiful views is a result of the natural elevation of the area. That is also why four amazing golf courses are situated exactly in this area.

In this area there is also the International School, stables and riding school. This is a place where you will find the best restaurant and shopping facilities. The nautical club, the marina, and the nice beach is the area's pride.
