The living accommodation comprises a large lounge and a fully fitted kitchen, as well as three double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.
There is a large private garden and various terraces, one with a swimming pool and the whole property enjoys wonderful views of the countryside and the Arroyohondo valley towards Casares village.
The property is currently being run as a restaurant, with the upstairs comprising a substantial dining room, bar area, huge split-level terrace and professional standard kitchen. The restaurant is very well established for over 20 years and has excellent turnover and very good profit and is currently set up to provide forty or fifty covers per service, though is capable of much more. It has a large, professional standard kitchen with ranges, ovens and extractors. There is also a separate preparation area and a small terrace for staff.
There is a big bar area, as well as a large internal dining room for winter and covered outside terrace for summer, though both dining rooms could be open at the same time, of course.
Casares is located very near to a beautiful sandy beach and within walking distance of Sabinillas, a quaint Spanish town with plenty of bars and restaurants. A further 10 minute walk will take you to Duqesa Marina from here you can hire boats or go whale/dolphin watching. Scuba diving lessons are also available. There are plenty of golf courses in the area (Casares Golf 2 mins, Duquesa 5 mins, Estepona 10 mins and Valderama 30 mins). The Casares region and its coastal village Sabinillas, lies about 6km west of Estepona and 10km east of Sotogrande on the CN 340. It is halfway between Marbella and Gibraltar. Puerto Duquesa is 10 mins, Estepona is 15 mins and the famous Selwo Wildlife Park is within is a 10 minute drive. Casares beach is a 5 mins walk, downhill. On the way there is a park with gardens, outdoor gym, childrens play area and bar. There is a chiringuito (beach bar) serving great food together with changing facilities and WC’s. Part of the beach is near rocks providing interesting rock pools for exploration. The new Finca Cortesin Beach Club is a 5 minute walk. Casares Playa is the right place if you want a holiday home or if you want to live there all year round and enjoy life in Spain.
